Ποια ήταν η σημασία της πιο καθοριστικής μάχης της αρχαιότητας, που έφερε στο προσκήνιο τον Μέγα Αλέξανδρο; Μια συζήτηση με τον επιμελητή της έκθεσης «Χαιρώνεια, 2 Αυγούστου 338 π.Χ.» για τη μέρα που άλλαξε τον κόσμο.

Από τις 14 Δεκεμβρίου 2023, το Μουσείο Κυκλαδικής Τέχνης παρουσιάζει την έκθεση «Χαιρώνεια, 2 Αυγούστου 338 π.Χ.: Μια μέρα που άλλαξε τον κόσμο». Πρόκειται για μια έκθεση-σταθμό σχετικά με την ιστορική μέρα που έφερε στην πολιτική σκηνή τον Μέγα Αλέξανδρο, έναν από τους μεγάλους πρωταγωνιστές της παγκόσμιας ιστορίας. Η έκθεση εντάσσεται στη νέα σειρά αρχαιολογικών εκθέσεων «Ιστορίες Ανθρώπων» του Μουσείου Κυκλαδικής Τέχνης και θα παρουσιαστεί στο Μέγαρο Σταθάτου, με επιμελητές τον Παναγιώτη Ιωσήφ και τον Ιωάννη Φάππα.

Technology surrounds us and is everywhere, but how this technology is made and who really benefits from it and who does not, are still important questions to be investigated. Recently, movements have emerged such as Data Feminism and Design Justice, which analyse technology from a more critical angle with the intention of creating more equity in technological practice. We explore some of their implications based on the artistic project Feminist Data Set, hand in hand with its creator, who explores what an intersectional feminist machine learning labelling and training system would be like and what would be necessary to construct it.
