"The Trouble With Wanting Men" - NYT Magazine

This female author, who (a) was in open marriage and then divorced her husband after deciding she wanted to be with one of her other male partners who never wanted a committed relationship with her; (b) says that men are "what is rotten in the state of straightness”; (c) ridiculed men over dinner at a vegan restaurant with girlfriends; (d) says that the men that she wants are “not wanting me badly enough, not communicating with me clearly enough, not devoting themselves to me…”; and (e) writes all this in a magazine rather than a personal diary, can’t figure out why she is struggling to find men who want to date her.
